曲霉类真菌毒素污染、危害及生物脱毒技术研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 真菌毒素（mycotoxin）是一类真菌次生代谢产物，目前已知约300多种，其中黄曲霉毒素（aflatox-ins，AF）、赭曲霉毒素（ochratoxins，OT）等曲霉类毒素被证明具有致癌、致畸和致突变性，在农作物中污染严重，已成为公共健康和科研领域关注的焦点。曲霉类真菌毒素污染谷物和油料等作物已成为全球性问题。
