摘要
酒店植根于地域经济的发展之中,酒店所需要的国际化人才具体素质结构在各个地域经济背景下有其独特之处。从地域经济的视角来看,酒店国际化人才具有语言、文化特色性,知识差异性,素质综合性,成长的拓展性等特征。基于地域经济的酒店国际化人才培养机制在培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、产学研合作与教学评价等环节也应具有独特之处,为培养具有地域经济特色的酒店国际化人才创造有利条件。
Hotels root in their unique regional economic background, and the quality and structure of talents for hotels have their own characteristics in different regions. From the perspective of regional economy, international talents for hotels have their own characteristics of special language and culture, unique knowledge background, comprehensive quality and extensive development paths. Therefore, the cultivation system for international talents for hospitality industry based on regional economy should be specialized in its cultivation aim, curriculum setting, teaching methods, university-industry cooperation and teaching evaluation, so that the aim of cultivating international talents for hotels with the features of re- gional economy can be achieved effectively.
