摘要
肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)是新发现的一种T细胞膜蛋白家族成员中的Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,其在诊断急性肾损伤、参与肾损伤修复过程中起着重要作用。IgA肾病是由大量IgA或IgA为主的免疫复合物沉积在肾小球系膜区,激活补体而引起的肾损伤。近期研究表明KIM-1是近曲小管损伤的敏感生物学标志物,可作为诊断和评估IgA肾病患者肾损伤严重程度的重要的生物学标志物。通过干预KIM-1表达,可能成为治疗IgA肾病的一种新的分子生物学手段,特别是针对抗纤维化治疗可能成为一个新的有效的靶点。
Kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1)is a newly identified type Ⅰ transmembrane protein of T cell membrane protein family members,which plays an important role in the diagnosis of acute kidney injury and repair.IgA nephropathy is due to the large number of IgA and IgA deposition of immune complexes in the mesangial area,activation of complement and induced renal injury,recent research shows that KIM-1 is an important proximal tubule injury sensitive biological marker,which can be used as a diagnostic and assessment of injury severity of IgA nephrophathy patients.Through the intervention of KIM-1 expression,it might be a new molecular biology tool for treatment of IgA nephropathy,especially that fibrosis therapy might become a new effective target.
