尿肾损伤分子1对患儿体外循环术后急性肾损伤的早期诊断 被引量:5

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)是体外循环术后常见的严重并发症,其病死率达24%~70%。早期发现和及时治疗可防止病情进一步恶化,但目前传统的临床检测方法难以早期发现AKI,无法满足临床早期诊断的需要。本研究通过分析体外循环术后尿肾损伤分子1(KIM-1)水平的变化,探讨KIM-1在AKI早期诊断中的意义。
