摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将不稳定型心绞痛住院患者80例分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组在常规治疗基础上给予小剂量氯吡格雷,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液40 ml,观察两组临床疗效和对血液流变学的影响及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.5%,对照组为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效显著且安全性良好。
Objective： To clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods： 80 UAP cases were divided into 2 groups.control group were given small dose of clopidogrel;treatment group were given danhong injection 40 ml on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy,effects of terapy on hemorheology in 2 groups were observed,and clinical efficacy and ADR of 2groups were analyzed.Results：In treatment group,the total effective rate was 82.5%;in control group,the total effective rate was 62.5%.There was statistical significance in the difference of total effective rate between 2 groups（P0.05）.Both groups had no serious ADR.Conclusion： Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel has better.clinical efficacy in treatment of UAP and clinical safety is good.
