摘要
目的 观察两个从国产特有蝎种东亚钳蝎 (Bm K)分离的毒素多肽 Bm K 、Bm K 对昆虫中枢神经自发放动作电位的影响。方法 采用蜚蠊中枢神经自发放胞外记录方法。结果 Bm K 对蜚蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位有双相作用 ,先抑制后兴奋 ,其抑制作用是可逆的。Bm K 对蜚蠊中枢神经自发放动作电位有抑制作用 ,其抑制作用不是可逆的。结论 提示 Bm K 是神经抑制性成分与兴奋性成分的混合物 ,Bm K 中只有抑制成分。推测
Objective Effects of BmK Ⅶ and BmKⅩⅢ from venom of the scorpion Buthus martensi Karsch on spontaneous active potential of the central nerve of insects were investigated.Methods Using extracellular recording, we observed the effect of BmK Ⅶ and BmKⅩⅢ on spontaneous active potential of the exposed central nerve cord of Periplaneta americana. Results We found that BmK Ⅶ (1 μg/ml) first exerted its reversible inhibition and then followed the excitation. BmKⅩⅢ (10 μg/ml) has only inhibiting effect, which is irreversible.Conclusion These results indicated that BmK Ⅶ is a mixture including inhibiting and exciting components, while BmKⅩⅢ has only inhibiting component. The effect of these two toxins possibly through the modulation to sodium channels of the neurons.
