4种鬼臼毒素类似物对分月扇舟蛾的生物活性研究 被引量:19

摘要 室内测定了脱氧鬼臼毒素 、β-阿朴苦鬼臼、鬼臼毒素、4-去甲鬼臼毒素4种鬼臼毒素类似物对3龄分月扇舟蛾(Clostera anastomosis L.)幼虫的拒食、毒杀、生长发育抑制活性。结果表明:(1)4种化合物对杨树分月扇舟蛾均有拒食活性,24h的拒食中浓度分别为0.217、0.508、1.109、0.895mg/ml。(2)4种化合物对分月扇舟蛾幼虫均有毒杀作用,LC50分别为0.0176、0.0028、0.3335、0.1335mg/ml。(3)4种化合物对分月扇舟蛾幼虫生长发育有抑制作用,生长发育抑制率分别为46.13%、38.23%、33.23%、21.60%,使幼虫历期延长,且生长发育抑制活性之间存在显著差异。根据毒杀、拒食、生长发育抑制的试验结果分析认为:4种鬼臼毒素类似物对分月扇舟蛾的拒食、毒杀、生长发育抑制活性之间的差异可能与结构上的差异有关。 The bioactivities of four podophyllotoxin analogues were tested against Clostera anastomosis L. The resultsindicated that: (1) all the four analogues showed antifeedant activity, and their AFC50 were 0.217, 0.508, 1.109, 0.895mg /mlrespectively; (2) all the four analogues exhibited toxicity and their LC50 were 0.0176, 0.0028, 0.3335, 0.1335mg /ml; (3)all thefour analogues displayed inhibitory effect on growth and development and their inhibitory rate were 46.13%, 38.23%,33.23%, 21.6%. The differences among four analogues were significant. Based on the data obtained in this investigation, it ispossible that the dissimilarity in the structure of the analogues leads to their different bioactivity.
