胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者围手术期治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者围手术期的治疗措施。方法:对36例住院行手术治疗的胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者的资料进行回顾分析。结果:经血糖控制后,34例患者行胃癌根治术,2例行姑息性手术,手术顺利,术后出现各种并发症4例,无死亡病例。所有患者均临床治愈。结论:胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者在围手术期给予综合降糖治疗,能平稳度过围手术期。
