染色体9p21与冠心病及心肌梗死关系的研究新进展
摘要
冠心病作为一种由环境因素和遗传因素共同作用导致的复杂疾病,是世界范围内死亡和致残的首要原因。目前其分子和遗传标记还存在很大的未知,近期证实染色体9p21上多个单核苷酸多态性位点被证明同冠心病的患病相关,从分子水平寻找冠心病发病的易感基因,有助于冠心病的早期诊断、预防及个体化治疗。
