Hedgehog信号通路在鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路对哺乳动物的器官发育、维持成熟组织内环境稳定、慢性炎症的组织修复、癌症的发生等发挥重要作用[1]。有研究[2]证实,与Hh信号通路有关的肿瘤有胃癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌、小细胞肺癌、髓母细胞癌、基底细胞癌、子宫颈癌、鳞状细胞癌(SCC)等,该途径的异常和任何分子的突变均与这些肿瘤的发生、发展、转移有关。现就Hh信号通路与SCC的关系作一综述。
