植物病害生防芽孢杆菌研究进展 被引量:102

Research progress in biocontrol of Bacillus spp. against plant diseases

摘要 概述了芽孢杆菌生物防治作用机制,简述了国内外生防芽孢杆菌的研发应用现状,分析了生防芽孢杆菌在农业生产应用中存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。生防芽孢杆菌类杀菌剂能够有效控制植物病害,同时具有对人畜安全、环境相容性好、植物病原菌不易产生抗性、生产成本相对比较低廉等优点,因此,生防芽孢杆菌在现代农业中有着极大的应用前景。 This paper reviewed the biocontrol mechanism of Bacillus spp.against plant disease,introduced its research and development at home and abroad,analyzed the problems in use,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.The microbial biocontrol agent Bacillus spp.can effectively control plant diseases.Because of its safety to human,animal and environment,less likeliness to induce resistance in plant pathogens,and relatively low production costs,it will have vast prospect of application in modern agriculture.
