摘要
信用评级指标体系是信用评级的依据 ,也是保证信用评级结果客观公正的手段。当前主要存在指标体系包括哪些内容、设置原则、应否规范化、如何评价、评价标准如何确定等问题 ,特别是“入世”以前 ,如何向发达国家学习。作者从理论上作了一些研究 。
Credit evaluation indexes system is the basis for credit grade evaluation,and is also the method that ensures the correctness of evaluation outcome.The paper discussed several issues about the establishment of credit evaluation indexes system,especially on how to learn experiences from developed countries before entering into the WTO.The author raised several viewpoints on these matters.
