建立在高新技术基础上持续增长的美国“新经济” ,在全世界引起了人们的关注。今天的世界经济中 ,美国是惟一具有控制关键生产要素和经济产出流动方向的能力和力量的国家。美国经济在“过热”之后可能会实行“软着陆” ,从而进入新的周期。美国“新经济”具有风险投资的社会化、国际化 ,高新技术的数字化 ,经营管理结构的虚拟化等特点。面对 2 1世纪的世界经济发展趋势 ,中国只能以更为深化的改革开放作为回应。
Based on high tech, the sustainable American “new economy' attracts the world attention. In the world economy, USA is the only nation that can control key production elements and economic production tendency. After its being “overhot', USA may carry out “soft landing' to begin a new cycle. American “new economy' has characteristics of risk investment socialization, internationalization, and management structure fictionalization. Facing the world economic development tendency of 21st century, China should response by more deepening up of reform and opening up.
