作为冷战后唯一的超级大国美国，将视点瞄准以经济为主要内容的国际战场上。通过控制关键的经济领域，把贸易逆差作为世界经济的储藏库，使国际组织成为美国的工具，在信息领域保持霸权等，从而把经济控制作为美国统治世界的主要方式。
The United states, the unique superpower in the world after the Cold War, It has begun to focus on the international economic battlefield. Through controlling key economic fields, taking its unfavorable balance as its deposit in the world economy, making international institutions its tools and keeping its monopoly in IT, the United states employs a mejor way of ruling the world by economic means.
