摘要
目的:比较两种出院手续办理流程的成效,为进一步优化服务流程提供试验依据。方法:将1359名出院患者分为床边结账组与传统结账组,对比分析两组出院患者的关键性指标。结果:两组间结算复杂程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但流程改造成效床边结账组明显高于传统结账组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:床边结账组流程改造成效明显高于传统结账组,是一种可以推广应用的结账方式。
Objective: To provide evidence for optimizing the process of delivering services to patients by comparing the effectiveness between the two checkout procedures. Methods: We first assigned 1359 discharged patients to bedside checkout group and traditional checkout group. Then performed comparative analysis of key indexes from the two groups. Results : There is no significant difference in checkout complexity between the two groups (P〉0.05) . However, the effectiveness of procedure transformation in the bedside checkout group was significantly higher than that in the traditional checkout group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion : The bedside checkout has a remarkably higher effectiveness of procedure transformation, therefore it is worthy of promotion and application.
