摘要
分析了北京市门诊预约挂号的产生和现状。门诊预约挂号是医疗机构为患者提供的一种人性化服务。与传统的窗口挂号相比,预约挂号具有许多优势,比如优化了就诊流程,节约了患者时间,同时降低了医疗管理成本。我市的门诊预约挂号还处在初级阶段,不可避免地存在一些问题。开展多种形式的门诊预约,更好地服务患者是今后努力的方向。
This article analysed the origination and status of outpatient registration and appointment service in Beijing.Outpatient appointment service is a kind of humanistic care supplied by medical institution.Compared with traditional outpatient registration,outpatient appointment service has many advantages,for example optimizing the outpatient process,economizing patients＇ time,and reducing medical cost of management.Outpatient appointment service is still in the initial stage in Beijing,problems existing is inevitable.To develop a variety of forms of outpatients registration and appointment service is our future direction.
