摘要
运用现代绩效管理的理念,结合金坛市人民医院绩效管理实际,探讨医院绩效管理的问题,并建设性提出一些绩效管理措施,确保公立医院在新医改过程中得到可持续性发展。
Applying the conception of modem performance management and combining with the practice of performance management in Jintan Municipal Hospital, Hospital performance management is discussed. Performance management measures are presented to assure public hospital sustainable development in health system reform.
