摘要
临床路径管理试点工作已经于2009年12月展开,为促进试点工作开展,卫生部成立督导组对全国临床路径试点省市及试点医院进行督导和基线调查。本文依据基线调查阶段收集的数据材料和现场座谈记录,对临床路径管理试点工作的现状进行分析。结果显示临床路径管理试点工作在大多数试点医院已经全面展开,整体运行状况良好。但是,部分试点医院还存在对试点工作认识不清,执行力度不足,再培训工作不到位,临床路径文档材料不完整等问题,建议通过进一步开展临床路径管理试点医院培训、加强试点医院之间的交流、加快临床路径管理网站开发等手段促进试点工作的全面有效开展。
Clinical pathway management pilot work was started in 12,2009.To strengthen pilot work,inspection team established by Ministry of Health has inspected the status of clinical pathway management in pilot provinces and developed baseline investigation.Based on the data of baseline investigation and records of interview,status of clinical pathway was discussed.It showed that as a whole,clinical pathway management in pilot hospitals is well and has been fully developed.Problems such as unclear understanding,lack of implementation,lack of re-training and incomplete clinical pathway information were also existed in some pilot hospitals.Re-training,communication and developing clinical pathway management network can help pilot work fully and effective developing.
