二甲基亚砜抗菌作用研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 二甲基亚砜是一种医药研究中广泛应用的非水溶性药物有机溶剂,对假丝酵母菌属的芽管与浅表感染真菌的孢子萌发均有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌引起的感染有辅助治疗效果。二甲基亚砜发挥的抑菌作用主要与抑制真菌生长、芽管萌发、改变细胞色素P450结构和增加细胞膜通透性有关。
