摘要
真菌性角膜炎是许多发展中国家最为常见的严重感染性角膜病，在我国已成为角膜盲的首要病因。为了降低该病的发病率，增加治疗手段和提高治疗效果，眼科医师应深入研究其发病机制。本文归纳分析了真菌性角膜炎中真菌毒力因素和宿主防御因素等与其发病有关的国内外研究进展。
Fungal keratitis is the most common and severe infectious corneal diseases in many developing countries. The disease has become the leading cause of corneal blindness in China. It is imperative to study deeply on pathogenesis of fungal keratitis for lowering its incidence, increasing therapeutic option and enhancing therapeutic efficacy. This article reviewed the advances of related factors in pathogenesis of fungal keratitis including fungal virulence factors and host defense mechanisms.
