摘要
研究了CO2流量、萃取压力、萃取时间和萃取温度四个因素对黑胡椒精油超临界CO2萃取的影响,以黑胡椒精油得率为指标,通过正交试验方法优选了萃取条件。结果表明:黑胡椒精油最佳萃取条件为:CO2流量22kg/h、萃取压力34MPa、萃取时间140min、萃取温度38℃,此条件下黑胡椒精油的得率为7.02%。
The effects of CO2 flow, press, time and temperature on black pepper essential oil are investigated by supercritical CO2 extraction. The optimal extracting conditions are determined by orthogohal test. The results show that CO2 flow is 22 kg/h, the press is 34 MPa, the time is 140 min and the temperature is 38 ℃, the yield of essence oils is up to 7.02 %.
