介绍了胡椒的重要用途,综述了胡椒油的常规提取、超声波萃取和超临界CO2萃取、成分分析方面的研究进展。
Some important use of peppers were described. Traditional, ultrasound and supercritical CO2 techniques on the extraction of pepper oil were summarized. This paper also reviewed the determination of pepper oil.
