黑曲霉产壳聚糖发酵条件的研究

摘要 利用黑曲霉进行发酵生产壳聚糖。以工业化生产为目标,在前期研究中确定了培养基成分,此次实验分别探讨了不同接种量、pH、装液量对发酵效果的影响。在单因素的基础上,将接种量、pH、装液量进行正交试验。结果表明:最佳发酵条件接种量为5%、pH为5.5、装液量为23%,其菌体干重为21.61g/L。 With the fermented Aspergillus niger to product chitosan. By industrialization production for the target,it confirmed medium components in the early stage of research. The influence of inoculation volum, pH and outfit fluid amount are investigated. Orthogonal experiments are adopted to analyze the effect of single factor on inoculation volum, pH and outfit fluid amount. Optimum fermentation conditions are determined as follows: inoculation volum of 5%,pH 5.5, outfit fluid amount of 23%, the thallus dry weight of 21.61 g/L.
