Research on Comprehensive Evalution Model of Energy Efficiency in Existing Building

摘要 既有建筑的节能改造是促进建筑业可持续发展的重大举措,且势在必行,然而到目前为止,我国尚未有一个完善的建筑节能改造的评价体系。本文采用AHP-模糊综合评价的方法,建立既有建筑节能改造项目进行综合评价模型,并应用于威海古北一巷建筑节能改造中,为其节能改造的顺利的进行提供了有效保障。 energy efficiency in exciting building is the major measures to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.And the renovation is imperative.But so far,China has not yet had a perfect evaluation system of energy efficiency renovations.The paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model with AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and applies it to the building energy saving modification works in tunnel 1 of Gubei inWeihai,and ensures its safety during construction.
