摘要
在创新型人才培养的思路、方法及路径(一)一文中,阐明了创新型人才培养的意义与作用、基本理念。本文在前文的基础上,进一步探讨了创新型人才培养的思路、方法及路径:(1)通过"一支铅笔、一张纸、一块橡皮"的简易训练方法,培养学生良好的思维、提升学生的创新能力;(2)通过提供更多的创新科研机会以提升学生的科技创新能力,通过加强创业教育将学生培养成社会需要的创新型人才。
The significance, function, and basic concept of cultivating the innovative talents were described in the previous article "Thoughts, methods and pathways on innovative talents cultivation (一)". On the basis of that article, the thoughts, methods and pathways on innovative talents cultivation are to be discussed from the following aspects. ( 1 ) To cultivate the students' good thinking and promote their innovation ability through the easy training methods of "a pencil, a piece of paper and a piece of rubber". (2) To improve the students' ability of innovation of science and technology through the provision of more innovative research opportunities and also to cultivate students with innovative talents of the society through strengthening entrepreneurship education.
