摘要
采用有限元分析软件MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN对一在役门座式起重机建立整体结构计算分析有限元模型,模型中考虑了腐蚀对结构的影响,进行了两种危险工况下的应力计算,并给出结构中应力值较大的几个典型位置作为应力测试位置,进行应力现场测试。通过将有限元计算结果与实测应力结果进行比较,验证了有限元计算结果的可靠性,为在役门座式起重机的有限元强度分析提供了可行的参考方法。
A finite element (FE) model of a portal crane in - service was established with software MSC. PATRAN/NAS- TRAN. The material corrosion was taken into account in the FE model. The distributions of two dangerous conditions were obtained. Several typical locations with large stress amplitude were taken as measurement points for the stress field measuring. By comparing the finite dement results with the results of the measured stress, the reliability of the finite element results was inspected and verified. The comparing results showed that the FE method was reliable and efficient to assess the strength of the portal crane in-service.
