摘要
应用 Nd:YAG激光与光动力学疗法联合治疗直肠肛管癌 2 1例 ,有效率为 95.2 % ,结果表明两种的联合应用可使疗效提高 ,疗程时间缩短 ,并防止并发症 ,对疗效及治疗的机理进行了讨论。
Twenty one cases of rectal and anal cancer were treated with Nd:YAG laser and Photodynamic therapy in combination. The effective rate was 95.2 percent. The result shows Nd: YAG laser combining with PDT is a useful method for treatment of rectal and anal cancer.
