摘要
介绍了厚膜金导体可靠性试验方面的一些研究结果。对金的电化学迁移以及厚膜金导体的热试验进行了分析 ,并讨论了在工艺过程中应注意的一些问题。
Some research results about reliability tests for thick film gold conductor are presented. Gold electrochemical migration and thermal tests are analyzed and some important points in the processes are discussed. (14 refs.)
