响应面法优化胡桃楸种仁壳总黄酮提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of extract technology of total flavonoids from seed shell of Juglans mandshurica using response surface methodology

摘要 为研究胡桃楸种仁壳总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,以总黄酮得率和总还原力为指标,进行单因素试验,并在此基础上,选取料液比、乙醇浓度和浸提时间为影响因素,采用响应面法进行优化并得到回归模型。结果表明:最优工艺条件为料液比1:24(g/mL)、乙醇浓度57%、提取时间131min,回归模型预测的黄酮得率理论值为9.41mg/g,经验证试验,RSD%为1.83%,该回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。 To research extract technology of total flavonoids from seed shell of Juglans mandshurica, single factor test were carried out at extraction yield of total flavonoids and total reducin9 power as index. Based on this, solid-to-liquid ratio, concentration of ethanol and time of extraction were selected as variables. And a mathematical model was obtained according to response surface methodology. Results showed that the followin9 optimum parameters: solid-to-liquid ratio 1:24 (9/mL), concentration of ethanol 57% and time of extraction 131 min. The predicted value of extraction yield of total flavonoids was 9.41 mg/g. After confirmatory test, the relative standard deviation was 1.83%. The regression equation was fitting better with actual situation.
