高效液相色谱法分离测定化妆品中凯松和对羟基苯甲酸酯 被引量:11

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,同时测定化妆品中凯松和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯等 5种防腐剂。色谱柱 :10 μm YWG- C18柱 ;流动相 :甲醇 -四氢呋喃 -水 (6 0∶ 5 0∶ 10 0 V/ V) ,紫外检测波长为 2 80 nm,样品用流动相超声提取 ,各组分回收率为 90 .4%~ 10 8.3% ,相对标准偏差为 1.0 %~ 7.5 %。 A method for simultaneous determination of preservatives,such as Kathon and 4 p hydroxybenzoates (methyl p hydroxybenzoate,ethyl p hydroxybenzoate,n propyl p hydroxybenzoate,n buthy p hydroxybenzoate)in cosmetic products was developed successfully It was based on a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic separation under the condition of mobile phase using a mixture solution of methanol THF water(60:50:100 V/V)and chromatographic column packed with 10 μ m YWG C 18 ,the UV detection at wave length of 280nm Samples were treated by ultrasonic extraction in mobil phase The recoveries of every component ( n= 6) ranged from 90 4% to 108 3%,and the relative standard deviations ( n= 6) were 1 0% to 7 5%
