摘要
目的研究闪式提取法提取栀子中栀子苷的最佳工艺条件。方法以栀子苷的提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计,对闪式提取的影响因素进行考察,并在提取率、提取时间、耗电量等方面与文献报道的方法进行比较。结果闪式提取法的最佳工艺是以水为溶剂,20倍量,1.5 min,120 V电压。结论本法工艺简单、经济、提取率高,可为中药栀子的开发利用提供参考。
Objective To study the best technology conditions of smashing extraction method for extracting gardenoside from Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae). Methods The influence factors on the smashing extraction method were investigated by using orthogonal design taking the extraction rate of gardenoside as the index. The extractive rate, extraction time and electricity consumption were compared with other methods reported in literature. Results The best technique of the smashing extraction method was as follows : water was taken as solvent, the ratio of liquid and material was 20 : 1, time was 1.5 minutes, and voltage was 120 V. Conclusion This method is simple and economic with a higher extraction rate, which can be used for the exploitation and utilization of Zhizi.
