摘要
在网上用问卷的方式对高职学生的学习自我效能、学习动机和对学习条件的满意程度等三个方面进行调查,收回有效答卷414份。结果显示:部分学生的学习效能感和动力良好,有明确目标,有认真的态度,懂得善加利用现有资源;部分学生自我评价偏低,缺乏明确的学习动机,单纯追求学习后物质结果,不能被知识本身的内在意义所激励。建议高职院校注意培养学生积极的学习动机,改善学校教学辅助条件,增加专业实验以培养兴趣,加强实习和实践以形成专业成就感。
Online questionnaires are used to research the three aspects of learning self-efficacy, learning motivation and learning condition satisfaction of vocational college students. 414 valid questionnaires have been recovered. The results indicate that some students have good efficacy and motivation, clear goals, serious attitudes, and know how to make good use of existing resources, whereas other students have low self-assessment, lack clear learning goals, pursue pure after-learning materials, and cannot be motivated by the intrinsic meaning of knowledge itself. It is here suggested that Vocational colleges should pay attention to students' positive motivation, improve teaching assisting conditions, increase specialty experiments to cultivate students' interest and strengthen internship and practice to help the students form their orofessional accomplishments
