摘要
根据高职教育培养目标的不同内涵,将高等职业教育培养目标的定位变化划分为三个主要阶段,归纳出五种代表性表述。通过分析不同阶段高职教育培养目标的内涵及其定位背景可得到如下启示:高职教育培养目标定位须与社会经济发展对人才的需求相适应,与高职教育自身发展水平相适应;高职教育人才培养目标的提升有利于改变人们的人才观、价值观,促进高职教育的发展;应发挥行业产业的引领和指导作用,建立起与行业职业资格标准体系相对应的高职教育培养目标体系。
In line with the connotation of objectives in higher vocational education, the evolution of higher occupation education objectives can be divided into three main stages and five expressions. Through the analysis of the connotations about the higher vocational education objectives at different stages, we can get the following revelations: first, the positioning of higher vocational education objectives must adapt to the social economic development and its demand on the talents, and it must be suitable for the development level of higher vocational education. The promotion of the objectives in higher vocational education will help change people's view of talent and value of education; hence promote the development of higher vocational education. We should take advantage of the leading effect of sectors, and build up the system in higher educational objectives in correspondence with professional qualification.
