摘要
目的:观察系统康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者的疗效。方法:86例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组36例。治疗组采用药物、系统康复治疗,对照组单纯应用药物治疗。治疗一个月后观察两组治疗前后CCS及ADL评分变化。结果:治疗组与对照组之间CCS及ADL评分差异有显著性意义。结论:系统康复治疗对脑梗死后偏瘫疗效确切,方便可行,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the effects of systematic rehabilitation on hemiplegic patients caused by cerebral infarction.Methods:86 stroke patients with sequela were randomly divided into the treatment group(50 cases) and control group(36 cases).The treatment group were treated with drugs combined with systemic rehabilitation therapy,the control group were only treated by medicine.Afterone month,the score changes of CCS and ADL in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:CCS and ADL score were significant between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions:The curative effect of rehabilitation on hemiplegia after cerebral infarction is accurate,convenient and feasible,is worth popularizing.
