摘要
土地资源是一种不可再生资源,一旦破坏就很难再恢复,新的《土地管理法》对土地的保护提出了更为严格的措施:煤炭工业是土地破坏的大户,新的《土地管理法》的颁布加重了煤炭企业破坏土地的赔偿负担,煤炭工业的发展面临更为严峻的形势。在当前情况下,探讨煤炭工业发展与土地资源管理之间的二元关系对于实现煤炭工业可持续发展具有十分现实的意义。
As we know, land resource would not be recovered if it were destroyed because of its no regeneration characteristic, mining coal resource from the underground may destroy a large mount of land and it' s a heavy burden for the development of coal industry. So, it is very important and practical to research the relationship between coal industry and management of land resource.
