摘要
对植物根分泌物的分泌特性、生理及分子生物学基础 ,根分泌物与农业、环境的关系 ,根分泌物在土壤肥力、土壤受重金属污染的植物修复以及化感物质分泌及植物遗传改良等领域的研究成果和结论进行了综述 ,并提出了我国根分泌物今后的研究方向 ,以期推动国内这一领域的深入研究。
Findings and conclusions are reviewed of the studies on exudation properties, physiological and molecular biological basis of root exudates, relations of root exudates with agriculture and environment, and application of root exudates to improving soil fertility, phytomediation of heavy metals, exudation of allelopathy, and plant improvement of genetics. For further promoting the study in this field the orientation of the study of root exudates is discussed.
