摘要
利福平生产的废水COD高达 6万 ,用PFS、C -PAM脱稳 ,密集网捕式絮凝处理后 ,COD去除率达 2 7% ,BOD5 /CODCr从 0 .19上升到 0 .3 2。絮凝前后水质和色谱分析表明 ,絮凝后 5种有机物去除效率均在 2 2 %以上 ,使生化处理成为可能 ,进生化池废水经稀释后 ,用活性污泥法处理 9天后 ,COD从 1.5万降至COD <3 0 0mg/L ,达到治理要求。
The COD of rifampin wastewater is 60000 mg/L of higher. After treated with PFS and C-PAM flocculants, the COD is reduced by 27%. BOD 5/COD Cr increased from 0.19 to 0.32 . According to the chromatographic analysis and the water quality compairison before and after treatment, five items of organic matters are removed by 22% each. That makes the possibility of biochemical treatment. After deluted in biochemical pool and nine days activated sludge process, the COD have been reduced from 15000 mg/L to less than 300 mg/L. That have already met the purpose of the project.
