摘要
目的观察派丽奥软膏配合窦道搔刮术治疗有窦型慢性根尖周炎的疗效。方法对79例有窦型慢性根尖周炎的患牙,随机分为两组:实验组(派丽奥)采用局部窦道搔刮后派丽奥注入;对照组(碘甘油液)采用局部窦道搔刮后碘甘油注入。6个月后,观察瘘道愈合效果。结果实验组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率71.8%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.034)。结论派丽奥配合窦道搔刮术治疗有窦型慢性根尖周炎疗效明显,值得推广。
[ Objective] To observe the clinical effect of periocline combined with fistula scraping in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis with fistula. [ Methods ] We divided 79 cases of chronic apical periodontitis with fis- tula randomly into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given local fistula scraping followed by the injection of periocline and the control group was given local fistula scraping followed by the injection of iodinated glycerol. After 6 months, the fistula healing of both groups was observed. [ Results ] The effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5% and that of the control group was 71.8% ,with a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.034）. [ Conclusion ] Periocline combined with fistula scraping has an obvious effect in the treat- ment of chronic apical periodontitis, worthy of popularization.
