摘要
近10年来,CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work,计算机支持的协同工作)作为新兴的研究领域越来越受到广泛的重视。这是一个跨学科的新研究领域,不仅仅受到计算机学科的支持,还涉及到社会学、心理学、组织理论和人类学等学科,当然计算机科学与通信技术的新成就所给予的支持是根本的。本文试图从计算机学科角度出发,对CSCW的基本概念、技术支持、应用领域等方面作一清晰阐述。文中还对CSCW与“信息高速公路”的关系作了探讨。
During recent ten years. CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work) emerges as a promising research field and has being paid more attention. This new interdiscopline field not only is supported by computer science, but also includes socialogy, psychology, organization theory and anthropology etc. Among these, the contribution from new achievements of computer and communication technology is radical. From the perspective of computer science, this paper tries to expound the basic concept, technical support and application areas of CSCW as well as the relationship between CSCW and Information Super Highway.
