摘要
目的:探讨不同方法治疗产后子宫复旧不良的疗效。方法:选取产后子宫复旧不良患者100例,随机分为治疗和对照组各50例。治疗组采用益母草胶囊口服联合缩宫素肌内注射治疗;对照组采用缩宫素肌内注射治疗,10天为一疗程,观察两组用药的临床效果。结果:治疗组5例行清宫术;对照组19例行清宫术。结论:益母草胶囊联合缩宫素能明显促进子宫复旧及残留的胎盘、胎膜的排出(p<0.01),作用明显强于单独使用缩宫素。
Objective： To study the Curative Effect of the treatment of subinvolution of uterus instauration different methods. Methods： The patients with subinvolution of uterus 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment and the control 50 cases. The treatment group of motherwort oral joint capsule oxytocin muscle injections - The control group by oxytocin muscle injections, 10 days for one period of treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups of drug use. Results： Treatment group 5 underwent the qing art ; The control group was 19 routine qing. Conclusion： The joint capsule oxytocin can obviously promote the instauration and of the remainder of the placenta, tire membrane out （P 〈0.01）, obviously better than used alone oxytocin.
