摘要
目的:评价联苯苄唑醋酸曲安奈德联合体外抗真菌活性。方法:采用CLSI推荐的M-38A方案对分离自体股癣的皮肤癣菌进行联苯苄唑醋酸曲安奈德按照10:1比例混合后药物敏感性测定。结果:联苯苄唑醋酸曲安奈德对皮肤癣菌的MIC范围为≤0.03～4mg/L,MIC_50为0.5mg/L,MIC_90为1mg/L。结论:联苯苄唑醋酸曲安奈德按照10:1比例混合后并没有降低联苯苄唑的体外抗真菌活性。
Objective ： To evaluate in vitro antifungal activities of bifonazole-triamcinolone acetonide acetonide against dermatophytes. Methods ： Antifungal susceptibilities of dermatophytes isolated from tinea corporis ＆ cruris to bifonazole- triamcinolone acetonide acetonide （10 ： 1） were assayed by using broth microdilution method according to CLSI M-38A. Results .. The MICs of bifonazole-triamcinolone acetonide acetonide to dermatophytes were ≤ 0.03-4 mg/L, MIC50 0.5mg/ L, MIC90 1 mg/L. Conclusion ： No interaction was found in bifonazoland-triamcinolone acetonide acetonidet （10 ： 1） against dermatophytes in vitro.
