摘要
阿海水电站实施的施工总布置方案交通规划较优,施工场地布置合理,大型生产设施采用最优,渣场布置及容量合适,且施工过程中建设征地范围未产生变化,仅在工程实施过程中针对现场条件变化对油库的位置作了调整,施工总布置方案与工程相适应。
In the design of general construction layout of Ahai Hydropower Station, the transportation planning is more appropriate, the arrangement of construction site is reasonable, the arrangement of large-scale production facilities are optimized and the arrangement and capacity selection of residue field are suitable. The scope of land acquisition do not change during construction period, and only the position of oil storage tanks is adjusted according to the change of project site conditions. The general construction layout is adapted to the actual situation of project.
