摘要
施工布置方案决择是施工组织设计中的一个重要课题。文中系统地分析了施工布置方案的影响因素，提出了方案评价的指标体系，并建立了施工布置方案的多目标模糊优选模型。实例分析说明模型是可行的、有效的。
This paper systematically analyzes main factors affecting construction layout,establishes an index system of evaluation scheme and a multiobjective fuzzy optimum seeking model of layout schemes.A case study showes that this decision method is reasonable and effective.
