通过科学、有效的设计管理,使设计工作切实满足工程建设需要,是设计管理的主要目的。阿海水电站结合自身设计周期短、设计进度紧凑等特点,摸索出了适合阿海水电站的设计管理理念、方式和体系,通过采取有效的联系、协调、考核机制,阿海水电站设计质量、进度、现场技术服务满足工程建设总体进度要求,发挥了设计的龙头作用;通过及时审查技术方案,及时做出技术决策,保证了设计进度和工程建设进度;此外,根据工程现场的实际情况,组织设计单位对工程设计进行了合理的优化,减少了工程量,节约了投资。
The main purpose of design management is that the design can meet the requirements of project construction by scientific and effective management ways. Because of the tight design duration, the concepts, methods and systems of design management suitable for Ahai hydropower Station Project are explored. The design quality, progress and site technical services meet the requirements of overall project construction progress by taking effective coordination and evaluation mechanism, and it reflects the role of design being the leading. The progress matching of design and construction is guaranteed through the timely review and decision-making of technical solutions. According to the actual situation, the design optimizations are also conducted to save investment.
