The construction of Ahai Hydropower Station Project is expensive in investment, tight in schedule, relative complex in technology and serious in construction interference. To achieve effective management and orderly construction, and to create a demonstrational project, the Ahai Hydropower Project Construction Branch Company implements innovations from institution, management, technologies and concepts after considering the characteristics of project. These innovations improve the management of project construction significantly.
