摘要
目的通过N+注入和紫外诱变选育拆分环氧氯丙烷的菌株。方法从污泥中筛选得到一株拆分环氧氯丙烷的菌株并诱变选育。结果该菌株生理生化鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌,最适生长盐度为20 g.L-1。经过N+注入和紫外诱变,该菌株的目标产物含量达到99.2%,产率达到42%。结论海洋巨大芽孢杆菌具有较好的工业应用潜力。
OBJECTIVE To obtain and mutate a marine Bacillus megaterium to resolute pharmaceutical intermediate, 3-chloro- 1,2-epoxypropane. METHODS From marine sediment, a 3-chloro-1,2-epoxypropaue-resolute strain was isolated and mutated by ul- traviolet rays and N + ion. RESULTS The strain was identified as Bacillus megaterium on the basis of biophysical and biochemical test. The optimum salinity for growth was 2% , and the resuh of optimum salinity showed that the microbe was a typical marine microor- ganism. A positive mutant exhibited excellent resolution with ee value of 99% and yield of 42%. CONCLUSION The marine bacil- lus megaterium shows a large potential for industrial production.
