摘要
某污水厂原有废水处理工艺难以使出水色度稳定达标排放,且存在加药量大,导致的三氯甲烷超标的风险。采用臭氧工艺对废水进行脱色处理改造,结果表明,改造后的臭氧处理系统稳定,效果良好,对色度、COD的去除率分别为70%、15%,满足去除色度和远期去除惰性COD的要求,减少后续药剂的投加量,出水水质达到上海市污水综合排放标准(DB 31/199-2009)二级排放标准。臭氧系统运行费用0.39元/m3,整个运行费用比改造前减少0.07元/m3。
The original wastewater treatment process was hard to make the effluent color stable meet the discharge standard,the chemical dosage was large,led the risk of chloroform off-spec.The ozone process was adopted in wastewater decolorization.The results showed that the ozone treatment system had stable operation and good efficiency,the average removal rates of color and COD were 70% and 15% respectively,which met the requirements of removal color and hard COD,decreasing the chemical dosage,the effluent quality met the second criteria specified in Shanghai city integrated wastewater discharge standard(DB 31/199-2009).The operation cost of ozone was 0.39 yuan/m3,which decreased 0.07 yuan/m3 than that before.
