摘要
介绍了目前国内外制浆中段废水的脱色方法以及臭氧的应用特点。为降低成本,提高处理效果,笔者以物化/臭氧氧化/生物活性炭工艺对某造纸厂的中段废水进行试验,结果表明,废水的处理效果显著,尤其是对色度的去除率达99.6%,各项指标均达到国家排放标准。
The methods for decolorizing pulping middle-stage wastewater and the application of ozone at home and abroad are introduced. In order to reduce the operation cost and improve the treatment efficiency, an experimental treatment of pulping middle-stage wastewater from a papermaking plant was conducted using physicochemical/ozonation/biological activated carbon processes. The results show that the treatment efficiency of the wastewater is significant, especially the decolorization rate can reach 99.6%, and all indexes can meet the national discharge standard.
