摘要
在大众化教育的背景下,很多高校的人才培养目标都定位在培养应用型人才,如何实现这一人才培养目标是很多高校积极寻求解决的难题,工学结合的人才培养模式是实现应用型人才的培养有效的途径,值得推广。
In the context of popularizing higher education, many colleges and universities position training practical talents as their top priority. They work actively to find out the best way to train such kind talents. The author suggests the ＂work-inte- grated learning＂ practical talents training program is the best.
