摘要
随着社会的发展和高校人才培养目标的转变,大学城的迅速兴起、学分制的广泛推行、网络的全面普及,高校班集体建设变得日益复杂,出现了很多新情况、新问题。为了更好地实现大学的育人功能、促进学生健康成长成才,认真研究新形势下优化高校班集体建设的模式,厘清"党建带班建"在新形势下对高校班集体建设的影响,探索解决问题的思路和方法变得尤为必要。
With social development and the transformation of college talent training goal, as well as the prosperity of university town, the promoting of credit system and the popularization of the Internet, college class construction has become more and more complex accompanied by many new situations and problems. In order to better implement college education and pro- mote students＇ healthy development, we should carefully research on the optimization of college class construction model in the new situation, and make clear the important role of party construction in this process.
